New Delhi, April 3: With the goal of reaching out to crores of homes nationwide and informing them of its “guarantees,” the Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge set up the party’s “Ghar Ghar Guarantee” initiative on Wednesday, ahead of the Lok Sabha elections.
From Usmanpur, Kaithwada, in the North East Delhi Parliamentary Constituency, Kharge initiated the campaign and distributed leaflets outlining the party’s “Paanch Nyay Pachees Guarantee.”
Kharge calls out PM’s unmet guarantees
“We are distributing this guarantee card to take our Panch Nyay Pachees Guarantee to people. All Congress leaders and workers will take this card to households across the counts and will tell people what our alliance government will do when it assumes power,” Kharge stated during the initiative’s launch.
He emphasized that their government has consistently prioritized the welfare of the people and pledges to continue doing so. Referring to the Prime Minister’s promise of “Modi ki Guarantee,” he remarked that such assurances fail to materialize for the people. Additionally, he highlighted the Prime Minister’s commitment to creating 2 crore jobs annually, which, according to him, has not been fulfilled.

Paanch Nyay of Congress and guarantees
The centrepiece of the Congress’s election campaign is ‘Paanch Nyay,’ or the five pillars of justice, which are ‘Yuva Nyay,’ ‘Naari Nyay,’ ‘Kisaan Nyay,’ ‘Shramik Nyay,’ and ‘Hissedari Nyay,’ along with the guarantees the party has made to the people falling under these categories.
The party has promised under the ‘Yuva Nyay’ initiative to provide 30 lakh government jobs and offer a stipend of one lakh rupees for one year of training programs to the youth. It also pledged to conduct a caste-based census and guarantee the elimination of the 50 percent cap on reservations under the ‘Hissedari Nyay’ initiative.
Under ‘Kisan Nyay’, Congress has promised to give legal status to the minimum support price, formation of loan waiver commission and ‘GST’ free farming. The Congress has promised under the ‘Shramik Nyay’ initiative to provide health rights to workers, ensure a minimum wage of 400 rupees per day, and guarantee urban employment. It has made several promises, including giving one lakh rupees per year to women from poor families under the Mahalakshmi Guarantee under ‘Naari Nyay’.
