New Delhi, Nov 15: A man’s blood-covered body was found in a car in Ghazipur village, East Delhi, Delhi police stated on Wednesday.
A police squad arrived at the scene and took possession of the body after learning of the incident.
The vicinity was cordoned off, and a forensic team was dispatched to the site to gather crucial evidence.
“Police and forensic investigations are ongoing and more details are awaited,” police stated.
In the aftermath of the incident, the locals assembled at the scene.
The police mentioned that the car, which had a vehicle registration mark from Uttar Pradesh, has been seized.
Ghazipur is located close to Ghaziabad on the Delhi–Uttar Pradesh border.
