Ranchi, March 29: DRISTI NGO and A-Squared successfully hosted ‘नारीInspire — Educate to Empower,’ a career counselling session at Kanya Pathshala, Upper Bazar. Held today, the session aimed to introduce young girls to the vast opportunities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) while also preparing them for competitive exams such as JPSC and JSSC, where logical reasoning and scientific aptitude play a crucial role.

A-Squared, a premier institute based in Lalpur, Ranchi, specialises in mentoring students for competitive exams like CAT, XAT, CMAT, and CLAT. Beyond exam preparation, the institute also provides training for Group Discussions (GD), Personal Interviews (PI), and overall skill enhancement, equipping students with the tools to excel in their careers.

Aligned with the objectives of DAMINI (women empowerment) and DAKSHA (education and skill development), the session provided students with invaluable career insights. Praveen Sharma led the discussion, addressing students’ queries and encouraging them to explore career paths beyond conventional choices.

The event’s success was driven by the dedication of Chapter Lead Nihal Verma and a team of passionate volunteers, including Aditya, Tejal, Harsh, Ishika, and others, who conducted interactive exercises and engaging activities to enhance students’ problem-solving abilities.
The initiative received overwhelming appreciation from the school administration and the local community. More than just a career workshop, ‘नारीInspire — Educate to Empower’ was a meaningful effort to ignite curiosity, build confidence, and open doors for young girls in STEM fields.
