Ranchi, May 20: Usha Martin University organised an enriching and motivational interactive session with renowned educator, mentor, motivational speaker, former IAS officer, and Founder of Tathastu ICS, Dr Tanu Jain, at the university campus on Wednesday.

The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members, academic heads, and university officials. The programme aimed to motivate students through discussions on career guidance, leadership, personality development, self-growth, and positive thinking.

The event was attended by Vice-Chancellor Prof Madhulika Kaushik, Registrar Dr Shive Pratap Verma, deans, faculty members, administrative officials, and students.

As part of the programme, Dr Tanu Jain was felicitated by Vice-Chancellor Prof Madhulika Kaushik in recognition of her contribution to education and youth empowerment.

Dr Tanu Jain encourages students to stay focused and disciplined

Addressing the gathering, Dr Tanu Jain encouraged students to remain focused, disciplined, and committed towards achieving their goals.

“Leadership qualities, positive thinking, and continuous self-improvement play an important role in achieving success in life and career,” Dr Tanu Jain said during the session.

She also stressed the importance of confidence, perseverance, and consistent learning in building successful professional journeys.

Interactive Q&A session engages students

The programme concluded with an engaging question-and-answer session between students and Dr Tanu Jain, where participants sought guidance on career planning, competitive examinations, and personal development.

Registrar Dr Shive Pratap Verma delivered the formal vote of thanks and expressed gratitude to the guest speaker, university officials, faculty members, organisers, and students for making the programme successful.
