SUBHASH MISHRA

Dhanbad, July 26: IIT (ISM) Dhanbad Director Prof. Sukumar Mishra urged newly admitted undergraduate students to face societal challenges head-on and take the initiative to solve problems from within. He was addressing the Induction-cum-Orientation Programme organized for first-year students.

Adaptability is Key to Success, Says Director

Prof. Mishra emphasized the importance of resilience and adaptability in today’s dynamic environment. “Success lies in one’s ability to frequently and conveniently adjust to evolving challenges and expectations,” he said.

He reminded students that clearing the JEE and entering an IIT was one milestone, but now they are in a new phase where their goals must evolve.
