Daltonganj, February 9: Chief Minister Champai Soren is to lay the foundation for Rs 456 crore worth of underground pipeline irrigation scheme in Palamu.
He is arriving at the Shivajee Maidan in Daltonganj on Saturday. This will be Champai Soren’s first visit as chief minister here.
He will also fly to Garhwa, where he is to disburse approval letters among the beneficiaries of the Abua Awas Yojna.

Abua Awas Yojna of Palamu Beneficiaries are to go to Garhwa on Saturday, where they will rub shoulders with the beneficiaries of Garhwa.
Palamu has a target of 13,681 Abua Awas units for 2023-24.
Garhwa has around 10,000 beneficiaries of the Abua Awas Yojna.
Champai Soren will jointly disburse the Abua Awas approval letters among the Garhwa and Palamu beneficiaries.
