THE JHARKHAND STORY DESK

Ranchi, June 29: Former Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that efforts are being made to ensure that no one can stand against the central government. The result of this is that today the Chief Minister of Delhi is in jail.

He said that he was deliberately trapped in a conspiracy and kept in jail for five months. He mentioned that Jharkhand is a state of the poor and downtrodden, and it takes some time to understand things here. That’s why he had to stay in jail for five months.

He further stated that the court released him and justice was served. He also noted that the state might have progressed further during those five months.

On Saturday, before paying tribute to Lord Birsa Munda, Soren addressed the workers in heavy rain near his residence. Targeting the BJP, he said they are afraid of him.

He claimed that they are preparing to hold the Jharkhand Assembly elections ahead of schedule. However, he challenged them, stating that if they hold the elections tomorrow, they will be wiped out the day after.

“It has come to my knowledge that they are making plans to prepone assembly elections. I dare them to conduct the elections any day they wish to. The BJP’s dream of winning assembly elections in Jharkhand will be ‘Mungerilal ke haseen sapne’. The BJP is naming tribals as CMs in several states but they are just rubber stamps,” he stated.

Hemant said that under the Modi government, there have been NEET and UPSC paper leaks, as well as train and airport accidents. He accused them of sucking the blood of the people with a syringe.

He claimed that they have taken control of many constitutional institutions. However, he emphasized that the court of the people is the highest court, and they will never let this light extinguish.
