Jharkhand News: 14 trains cancelled from April 20 to 27 due to development work

Jamshedpur, April 21: Due to essential developmental work being undertaken in the Chakradharpur and other divisions of South Eastern Railway (SER), train services will remain affected between April 20 and 27.

The railway authorities have announced a series of cancellations and short terminations/originations of trains to facilitate the smooth execution of the works.

Train Cancellations 

The following trains will remain cancelled during the mentioned dates:

1. 58659/58660 Hatia–Rourkela–Hatia Passenger – Cancelled from 20.04.2025 to 27.04.2025
2. 68044/68043 Rourkela–Tatanagar–Rourkela MEMU – Cancelled from 21.04.2025 to 26.04.2025
3. 18452/18451 Puri–Hatia–Puri Tapaswini Express – Cancelled on April 20, 21, 22, 24 & 25; Hatia- Puri- cancelled on April 21, 22, 23, 25 & 26.
4. 58151/58152 Birmitrapur–Barsuan–Birmitrapur Passenger – Cancelled from 21.04.2025 to 26.04.2025
5. 18175/18176 Hatia–Jharsuguda–Hatia Express – Cancelled from 21.04.2025 to 26.04.2025
6. 68030/68029 Rourkela–Jharsuguda–Rourkela MEMU- Cancelled from 21.04.2025 to 26.04.2025
7. 68026/68025 Rourkela–Chakradharpur–Rourkela MEMU- Cancelled from 21.04.2025 to 26.04.2025
8. 18125/18126 Rourkela–Puri–Rourkela Express – Cancelled on 24.04.2025 & 25.04.2025 (Rourkela–Puri)
9. 08185/08186 Hatia–Durg–Hatia Special Cancelled on 24.04.2025 (Hatia–Durg) and 25.04.2025 (Durg–Hatia)
10. 18113/18114 Tatanagar–Bilaspur Express- Cancelled from 24.04.2025 to 26.04.2025
11. 02832/02831 Bhubaneswar–Dhanbad–Bhubaneswar Special- Cancelled from 24.04.2025 to 27.04.2025
12. 01149 Bhiwandi–Kharagpur Special- Cancelled on 23.04.2025
13. 18118/18117 Gunupur–Rourkela–Gunupur Express- Cancelled on 24.04.2025
14. 18109/18110 Tatanagar–NSC Bose Itwari–Tatanagar Express- Cancelled on 25.04.2025 & 26.04.2025

Short Termination/Origination of Trains

The following trains will be short terminated or originated at different stations:

1. 12872/22862 Titlagarh/Kantabanji–Howrah Ispat Express- Short terminated at Jharsuguda from 21.04.2025 to 26.04.2025;—- 12871/22861 Howrah–Titlagarh/Kantabanji Ispat Express- Short originated from Tatanagar during the same period

2. 15027/15028 Gorakhpur–Sambalpur–Gorakhpur Express- Short terminated at Hatia on 21.04.2025 & 24.04.2025; Short originated from Hatia on 23.04.2025 & 26.04.2025
3. 20871/20872 Howrah–Rourkela–Howrah Vande Bharat Express- Short terminated and originated at Chakradharpur on 25.04.2025
4. 20835/20836 Rourkela–Puri–Rourkela Vande Bharat Express- Short terminated and originated at Jharsuguda
