Ranchi, Oct 30: In a tragic road accident in Bundu area of Ranchi district on Thursday, four people were killed and more than 20 others were injured when a speeding pickup van overturned near the Bundu toll plaza.
According to reports, the vehicle was carrying passengers beyond its capacity. The pickup was moving at high speed near Bundu when the driver lost control, causing it to flip over in the middle of the road.

The accident triggered chaos at the scene as people screamed for help. Local residents rushed to the spot and began rescue operations, pulling out those trapped under the overturned vehicle and taking the injured to nearby health centers for first aid.
Upon receiving information, police and administrative teams arrived at the site. The bodies have been sent for postmortem, and the injured were taken to hospitals for better treatment.
