Jamshedpur: Faststep India has kicked off its much-anticipated 60-day Transformation Challenge, a dynamic competition aimed at encouraging individuals to adopt regular exercise and a healthy diet comprising home-cooked meals. This initiative seeks to promote a healthier and fitter lifestyle within the community.

The event is being spearheaded by Sushanto and Aparajita, alongside their dedicated team. Participants will have the unique opportunity to benefit from the expertise of several distinguished instructors and professionals in the field of fitness and wellness.

Zumba and yoga

The renowned Zumba instructor Usha Gope will be energizing participants with her vibrant and engaging dance workouts, designed to make fitness fun and accessible to everyone.

Yoga instructor Riddhi Mehta will guide participants through a series of yoga sessions that emphasize mindfulness, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Nutritional planning

Saloni Kumari, the event’s dietician, will provide valuable insights into nutritional planning, emphasizing the importance of incorporating healthy, home-cooked meals into daily routines. Her expertise will help participants make informed choices about their diet, contributing to their overall health goals.

Fitness sessions

Fitness instructor Riya Singh will lead a variety of fitness sessions tailored to meet the needs of participants at different levels of fitness. Her workouts are designed to challenge and inspire, helping individuals achieve their personal transformation goals over the 60-day period.

Health, fitness and supportive community

The Transformation Challenge not only focuses on physical fitness but also aims to create a supportive community where participants can motivate each other, share their progress, and celebrate their achievements.

Through this holistic approach, Faststep India hopes to instil lifelong habits of health and wellness in the participants.

“We believe that a healthier society starts with individual commitment to fitness and nutrition. This challenge is our way of inspiring people to take that first step towards a transformative journey,” said Sushanto, one of the main organizers.

Aparajita added, “With the guidance of our incredible team of instructors, we are confident that participants will not only see physical changes but also experience a positive shift in their overall well-being.”

The 60-day Transformation Challenge is open to all, and Faststep India invites everyone to join this exciting journey towards a healthier, fitter lifestyle.
