Jharkhand News: Actress Ameesha Patel and Ajay Kumar settle cheque bounce case via court mediation

Ranchi, June 22: Under the direction of Jharkhand High Court judge and JHALSA executive chairman Sujit Narayan Prasad, and under the guidance of Ranchi Civil Court’s principal judge Diwakar Pandey, a cheque bounce case involving film actress Ameesha Patel and Ajay Kumar was settled on Saturday.

The settlement between the first party, Ameesha Patel, and the second party, Ajay Kumar Singh, was achieved through the mediation efforts of Sanjay Kumar and their attorneys, Jayprakash and Vijayalakshmi Srivastava.

During the video conferencing, Judge Diwakar Pandey was also present. He spoke with both parties and congratulated everyone upon the settlement.

On the other hand, for the special Lok Adalat to be held in the Supreme Court from July 29 to August 3, the District Legal Services Authority, Ranchi, has issued notices for 40 cases related to the district court.
