Police suspect abduction, murder
According to police officials, the body bore two bullet injuries—one near the temple and another in the stomach. The police suspect that the victim was abducted and killed elsewhere, as no residents could identify the body.
The recovery of a live cartridge from the deceased’s pocket has puzzled investigators. The body has been sent for post-mortem at Shahid Nirmal Mahto Medical College and Hospital.
