Jesus Christ’s sacrifice and resurrection

Good Friday holds profound significance in Christian theology, symbolizing the sacrifice of Jesus Christ for the redemption of humanity.

Approximately 2000 years ago, Jesus was crucified in Jerusalem after being condemned by religious authorities. His crucifixion, believed to have occurred on a Friday, is commemorated annually as Good Friday.

The subsequent resurrection of Jesus, which took place on Easter Sunday, represents the triumph of life over death and is celebrated as a cornerstone of Christian faith.

As Christians across Jamshedpur observe Good Friday, they reflect on the timeless message of love, forgiveness, and salvation exemplified by Jesus Christ’s sacrifice on the cross.
