Dhanbad, May 20: Three leaders of the Dhanbad Rail Division were elected senior office bearers of the East Central Railway Karmachari Union (ECRKU) Youth Wing.
Giving this information, ECRKU media spokesperson Nil Kamal Khawas said that at the zonal committee meeting held in Patna, Dilshad Alam of Gomoh was elected vice-president, Viswhajit Mukherjee (Dhanbad) organizing secretary and Amar Kumar Singh (Barkakana) as joint secretary.
Call to fight for railway staff’s rights
ECRKU’s additional general secretary Md Ziauddin, on the occasion, called youth office bearers to come forward and fight for the due rights of ECR Zonal employees. ECRKUH general secretary SNP Srivastava conducted the meeting while central president DK Pandey presided over. All office bearers of the ECRKU zonal committee were present.

“Active members of ECRKU branches are first elected as office bearers in Youth Committee to make them aware about the union’s constitution and responsibility and groom them as future leaders of the organisation,” said Md Ziauddin.
ECRKU central office bearers RK Singh, NK Khawas, Parmeswar Kumar, BK Dubey, PK Sinha, Rupesh Kumar, JK Saw, Chandan Kumar Shukla, BK Saw, BB Singh, and Indra Mohan Singh congratulated the three newly elected officer bearers and hoped that they would perform as per the expectation of employees.
