Dhanbad, Dec 18: Delhi Public School (DPS) Bokaro Steel City has been honoured with the prestigious CBSE India School Merit Award 2024, presented at The Taj, Bengaluru.
The award follows a comprehensive survey conducted by Education Today, a renowned organization recognized for its national and international contributions to the education sector.
The survey evaluated 1,760 schools across the country, with DPS Bokaro emerging as the top performer in the CBSE City-Wise Category.

DPS Bokaro is the only school from Bokaro to receive this distinguished recognition, showcasing its excellence across 15 key parameters. These included academic reputation, leadership, quality management, parental engagement, digital learning, teacher development, community service, future-ready infrastructure, and overall student development.
Principal Dr. A.S. Gangwar expressed pride in the achievement, attributing it to the collective effort and dedication of the entire school community. He emphasized the importance of sustaining this legacy of excellence as DPS Bokaro continues its commitment to progress in education.
