Jamshedpur, July 18: A team from the Enforcement Directorate on Thursday morning swooped over a factory premises in Adityapur industrial area’s phase I, creating a flutter among the entrepreneurs in the area.
The industrial unit where the ED sleuths have descended is Highco Engineers Pvt Ltd owned by someone known as Tapash Sahu.
There were about a dozen officers from the department who entered into the factory premises early in the morning. Later a splinter group of the officials had come out of the factory premises and had set out for another destination.

Unconfirmed sources pointed out that the splinter group had gone over to the factory owner’s house in Kadma.
As the ED officials were incommunicable, nothing could be known as to whether it all was a kind of raid or just a survey. It is, however, learned that the arrival of the ED team at the industrial unit is pertaining to an old case.
The survey or the raid is still on.
