Dhanbad, Feb 26: Local MPs and MLAs of Dhanbad and Bokaro will distribute house-to-house invitation letters to people in twin districts to make a record gathering at Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Dhanbad rally in Dhanbad on March 1.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive here on March 1 to dedicate Sindri-based Hindustan Urvarak Rasayan Limited (HURL) plant to the nation. After that, he will address a rally at Dhanbad Air Strip Barbadda,
HURL Sindri is an ambitious project of Prime Minister Modi. He laid the foundation stone of HURL Sindri along with a plant in Gorakhpur and Barauni on May 25, 2018.
Since the previous two Dhanbad visits of the PM scheduled in January and February were cancelled at the last minute, BJP local MP and MLAs have resolved to make the March 1st programme a historical by organising the highest gathering in the history of political rallies in the coal belt.

Meeting of BJP leaders
In this regard under state president and former chief minister Babulal Marandi, PN Singh (MP), Raj Sinha (MLA), Dhulu Mahto (MLA), Aparna Sengupta (MLA) Biranchi Narayan (Bokaro MLA) along with Dhanbad Lok Sabha in-charge Suresh Sahu, Rohit Lal Singh, coordinator Satyendra Kumar, state secretary Ganesh Mishra, Saroj Singh, district president Ghanshyam Grober (rural), state executive committee member Ragni Singh, Tara Devi, wife of Sindri MLA Indrajit Mahto, former district president Hari Prakash Lata held a meeting in newly set party office in Housing Colony and decided to distribute house to house invitation letter to people in their respective areas for the rally of Prime Minister on March 1.

Booth-level BJP workers gear up for arrangements
Earlier on February 24, BJP State General Secretary Pradeep Verma asked Dhanbad–Bokaro office bearers of the party workers at the booth level, who are also eager for the visit of the Prime Minister, to be prepared. So, he asked them to make proper arrangements so that they could attend the rally on March 1st. He also assessed the arrangement of the PM’s rally.
BJP leaders on occasion said that the Dhanbad rally of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which is the curtain raiser of the campaign in Jharkhand will prove a milestone and create a wave in favour of NDA to sweep all 14 Lok Sabha seats of the state.
