Mobile Awareness Van to Reach Remote Areas

The DDC reviewed the activities being undertaken during the fortnight with the District Social Welfare Officer and inquired about the schedule of the awareness rath.

The mobile van will travel to remote areas of various blocks to educate the rural population about the objectives of Poshan Pakhwada 2025.

These include focusing on the first 1000 golden days of a child’s life, promoting the beneficiary module in the Poshan Tracker app, managing malnutrition at the community level through summer initiatives, and encouraging healthy lifestyles to prevent childhood obesity.

The awareness campaign also emphasizes the inclusion of green leafy vegetables, milk, fruits, and eggs in daily diets to ensure proper nutrition.
