Jamshedpur, June 26: Former Chief Minister of Jharkhand and current Governor of Odisha, Raghubar Das, arrived at Jamshedpur’s Sonari Airport on Wednesday. This marks his first visit to Jamshedpur following the formation of the BJP government in Odisha.
He was warmly welcomed at the airport by Kulwant Singh Bunty, a member of the BJP State Working Committee and former Khadi Board member, who presented him with a bouquet of flowers.
The welcome ceremony was attended by several BJP workers and senior officials of the district administration. Police personnel honoured Governor Raghubar Das with a guard of honour at the airport.
Bunty highlighted the significance of this visit, noting that Governor Das will be staying in Jamshedpur for two days. This visit is seen as an important event for the local BJP cadre and supporters.
