Jamshedpur, April 16: The Rotary Club of Steel City is gearing up to host the highly anticipated District Rotary RYLA Udaan 24, a flagship event slated to unfold on April 20 and 21, 2024.

Collaborating with the Rotaract Club of Netaji Subhas University Social Crew, this event promises to be an immersive experience for all participants.

Gracing the occasion as the Chief Guest will be Rotary District Governor Shiv Prakash Bagania. President Amrita Vakharia expressed her enthusiasm, highlighting the lineup of eminent speakers from various fields within and beyond Jamshedpur.

With the presence of upcoming DG 25-26 Anu Narang, AI expert Akshay Agarwal, and renowned figure Dr. Shrikant Nair, attendees can anticipate insightful discussions on leadership, community service, and professional growth.

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, exchange program

At its core, the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) seek to nurture leadership skills, foster personal development, and forge lasting connections among participants.

Secretary Preeti Khara outlined the event’s agenda, which spans two days at the prestigious Motilal Nehru Public School. From Talent Hunt competitions to engaging sessions like Nukkad Natak and a thought-provoking Quiz, attendees can expect a holistic and enriching experience.

The inclusion of a Runathon, featuring distances of 3.5 km and 5 km, underscores the event’s commitment to physical and mental well-being, with Tata Steel Adventure providing support.

Emphasis on collaborative leadership and community engagement

Rotary President Amrita Vakharia, along with Secretary Preeti Khara, DRRC Simran Sagoo, Deepak Dokania, and Secretary Shanawaz Tasheen, are at the helm, spearheading efforts to ensure the success of District RYLA 2024.

With support from RYLA Chair Amit, Krishna Kharia, Gaurav Rungta, and Rotaract Social Crew President Fahada, the event promises to be a testament to collaborative leadership and community engagement.
