Jamshedpur, Dec 31: Tata Steel’s sports department organised a ‘Golf Putting Championship’ for senior citizens under the banner of Senior Citizen Fun and Fitness League at the JRD Tata Sports Complex on Monday.
In an endeavour to promote fun and fitness amongst senior citizen fraternity, the sports department organised various sporting events throughout the year under the leadership of Mukul Vinayak Choudhari, Chief Sports, Tata Steel and Vibhuti Dhand Adesara, Head Sports, Tata Steel.

A total of 21 participants – men and women – took part in the event. They were in the age group of 55 to 65 plus.
The event was coordinated by Dinesh Rakshit and Neelam Kumari of Tata Steel sports department with active support and encouragement from other officials of the sports department.
Chief of Sports Mukul Vinayak Choudhari, gave away the prizes to the winners, at the end of the championship.
