Jamshedpur, March 1: In a dazzling display of academic prowess and industry collaboration, NIT Jamshedpur recently hosted an event that left a lasting impact on attendees.

The occasion saw the convergence of students, faculty and industry leaders, with the RSB Group taking centre stage in supporting and elevating the program.

At the heart of this collaborative effort was the involvement of RSB Group, led by R K Behra, Chairman of the organization and a distinguished alumnus of NIT Jamshedpur.  Behra’s commitment to his alma mater was evident as RSB Group actively contributed to the success of the event, fostering a strong bond between academia and industry.

Author Minocher Patel takes the stage

An exciting highlight of the event was the sponsorship by RSB Group, bringing Minocher Patel, a renowned author and motivational speaker, to the forefront. Patel’s inspirational words resonated with the audience, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm and motivation.

RSB Group-NIT Jamshedpur collaboration

As a chief guest addressing the gathering, Nirmala Behra, Group HR of RSB, shared insights into RSB’s commitment to creating a brighter future. She highlighted the various initiatives undertaken by RSB Group, emphasizing the organization’s dedication to contributing to a positive impact on society and education.

The collaboration between NIT Jamshedpur and RSB Group showcased the power of bridging the gap between academia and industry. Such partnerships not only enhance the educational experience for students but also provide invaluable opportunities for networking and mentorship.

3-day skill development program

In association with RSB and NIT Jamshedpur, a three-day skill development program started today in the guidelines of Dr. Rajeev Bhushan, professor and in-charge soft skill club and Dr Gautam Sutradhar, Director, NIT.

As the event concluded, it left behind a sense of excitement and optimism about the future. The support from RSB Group, with R K Behra at its helm, has set a precedent for the symbiotic relationship between educational institutions and industry leaders.

The shared vision for a brighter tomorrow was palpable, resonating with the aspirations of the students and the commitment of organizations like RSB Group.
