Jamshedpur, March 5: Most parts of Jharkhand will experience dry and clear weather today, said a forecast issued by IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre.
Weathermen ruled out the possibility of rain today.
The induced cyclonic circulation over western Punjab and neighbourhood was today lying over northwest Uttar Pradesh and its neighbourhood extending up to 3.1 km above the mean sea level.
The trough from southwest Madhya Pradesh to North Interior Karnataka was today running from East Madhya Pradesh to north Tamil Nadu across Vidarbha, Telangana and interior Karnataka at 0.9 km above mean sea level.

Weathermen said tomorrow, March 6, light rain with thunderstorms is likely to occur at isolated places over southern parts of the state.
Meanwhile, Met statistics suggested that many places across Jharkhand experienced rain and thunderstorm activity last evening.
According to rain statistics, several places in Dhanbad recorded rainfall more than 30 mm.
