Jamshedpur, Nov 26: The minimum reading in Gumla and its adjoining areas dropped to 9 degrees Celsius today.
Met statistics revealed that the local weather observatory at Gumla today recorded a minimum temperature of 9.1 degrees Celsius.
Simdega recorded 9.3 degrees Celsius while Khunti recorded 9.4 degrees.
Chatra, Garhwa and Lohardaga today recorded minimum temperatures of around 10 degree Celsius.

Ranchi recorded a minimum temperature of 11.2 degrees Celsius while Jamshedpur recorded 13.6 degrees.
According to Met department statistics Daltonganj and Bokaro today recorded a minimum temperature of around 12 degrees Celsius.
The Ranchi Met Centre issued a forecast of shallow to moderate fog in several parts of the state during the next 48 hours.
