Ranchi, Sept 12: In a major relief, the Jharkhand High Court has granted bail to three accused in the JSSC-CGL 2024 paper leak case — Robin, Kaviraj, and Ram Niwas Rai.

The bail pleas were argued by advocate Aman Kumar Rahul on behalf of the accused.

Justice Ambuj Nath allowed their release on the condition that each furnishes a personal bond of ₹20,000.

In its supplementary chargesheet, the CID had named Ram Niwas Rai, his nephew Kaviraj alias Motu, and Robin Kumar as accused, alleging their role as agents in the paper leak.

All three are currently in judicial custody.
