R-Day: CM hands over job letters to Jharkhand agitators’ kin, honours freedom fighters’ widows

Ranchi, January 26: Chief Minister Hemant Soren today honoured the dependents of freedom fighters in a function organised at Police Line, Dumka, on 75th Republic Day.

On this occasion, he awarded the first prize to the tableau of the Tourism Department and the SSB-35 corps participating in the Republic Day Parade. Apart from this, appointment letters were also provided to the dependents of Jharkhand agitators.

  Dependent wives of freedom fighters were honoured

◆ Chandravati Devi, dependent wife of freedom fighter late Dhaneshwar Mandal (Village- Bandari, Block- Saraiyahat, District- Dumka).

◆ Parvatiya Devi, dependent wife of Late Patru Rai (Village- Parsdaha, Block- Saraiyahat, District- Dumka)

◆ Second Prize-SIRB – 01 Dumka

◆ Third Prize – NCC Battalion and Bharat Scouts and Guides (Women), Dumka
