Senior officials call on CM Hemant Soren, exchange New Year greetings

 

Ranchi, Jan 2: On the occasion of the New Year, several senior administrative and police officials of Jharkhand paid a courtesy visit to Chief Minister Hemant Soren at his official residence and extended their New Year greetings and best wishes.

The Chief Minister also conveyed his greetings, expressing confidence that with cooperation and efforts, Jharkhand will move forward as a strong and progressive state.

Senior administrative officers meet the Chief Minister

Among the senior administrative officers who met the Chief Minister were Abu Bakar Siddique, Secretary, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Cooperatives; Arva Rajkamal, Industry Secretary; Mukesh Kumar, Secretary, Planning and Development; K. Srinivasan, Secretary, Rural Works Department; and Pooja Singhal, Secretary, Information Technology and e-Governance.

Others included Manish Ranjan, Director, Shri Krishna Institute of Public Administration; Sanjeev Kumar Besra, Transport Commissioner; Sandeep Singh, Special Secretary, Finance Department; Ramesh Gholap, Managing Director, Jal Jeevan Mission; and Aditya Ranjan, Deputy Commissioner, Dhanbad.

Also present were Dinesh Kumar Yadav, DC Garhwa; Sushant Gaurav, Municipal Commissioner, Ranchi Municipal Corporation; Ashish Gangwar, Municipal Commissioner, Dhanbad; Om Prakash Gupta, Municipal Commissioner, Hazaribagh; Utkarsh Kumar, DDC West Singhbhum; Sunny Raj, DDC Dhanbad; Riya Singh, DDC Hazaribagh; and Lokesh Barange, SDO, Dhanbad.

Top police officers extend New Year wishes

Senior police officers who met the Chief Minister included ADG ACB Priya Dubey, IG CID Asim Vikrant Minj, IG Provision Mayur Patel Kanaiyalal, IG Headquarters Sudarshan Prasad Mandal, DIG ACB Chandan Sinha, DIG ACB Shailendra Kumar Barnwal, and DIG Special Branch Naushad Alam.

Others were DIG Bokaro Anand Prakash, DIG Hazaribagh Anjani Kumar Jha, SSP East Singhbhum Piyush Pandey, SP Pakur Nidhi Dwivedi, CID SP Ehtesham Waqarib, Ranchi City SP Paras Rana, Ranchi Rural SP Praveen Pushkar, Ranchi Traffic SP Rakesh Singh, ACB SP Shruti, and ACB ASP Nikhil Rai.

Officials from PSUs, judiciary and Centre also call on CM

Apart from state officials, CCL CMD N. K. Singh, Senior DCM, Ranchi Railway Division Suchi Singh, Advocate General Rajiv Ranjan, Additional Advocate General Ashok Kumar, Jharkhand Public Service Commission member Dr Jamal Ahmed, NHAI Jharkhand Regional Officer Mukund Atarde, and Central Road Ministry Regional Officer Abhilash Srivastava also met the Chief Minister to convey New Year greetings.

CM’s message for the New Year

Extending his wishes to all, Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that with everyone’s cooperation and collective effort, Jharkhand would continue moving towards becoming a strong and developed state.

He expressed hope that the year 2026 brings happiness, prosperity and well-being to the people, and that an atmosphere of peace and harmony prevails across the state.
