Jamshedpur, Nov 22: Team Samarthya, the Human Potential Centre at XLRI Jamshedpur, conducted its signature ‘Career Compass’ session at Gyanam Vidya Bharati Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Telco, empowering Class XII students with clarity and direction in shaping their future careers.

More than 200 students attended the highly engaging workshop, which focused on helping young learners navigate the complex world of career decisions at a defining point in their lives.

Experts from Samarthya shed light on a wide range of academic and professional avenues, guiding students to align their ambitions with informed and strategic choices.

The session encouraged open discussion, enabling students to voice concerns about competitive examinations, emerging career fields and long-term growth opportunities.

School representatives praised the initiative, noting that it boosted students’ confidence and enriched their understanding as they prepare for crucial examinations ahead.

Samarthya continues to champion youth development across Jamshedpur through sustained efforts aimed at enhancing awareness, nurturing potential and inspiring excellence.
