Jamshedpur, April 9: In a proactive step towards fostering civic engagement, Carmel Junior College orchestrated a vibrant voter awareness rally on Tuesday, under the auspices of the District Education Officer.
Guided by the fervour of Scout Guides, the rally saw enthusiastic participation from students spanning grades 6 through 12.
Students rally for civic awareness, emphasize electoral responsibility
Embracing the ethos of informed citizenship, students fervently disseminated informational pamphlets to passersby, while echoing resonant slogans to underscore the importance of electoral awareness.
The rally, inaugurated by the school principal, Sister Seral, commenced its journey from the school premises, meandering through key locales in Sonari, including a pivotal stop at the Gurudwara, before culminating back at the institution.

The spirited event bore witness to the collective effort of not only Scout and Guide members but also students from the ELC Club and Service Learning, symbolizing a unified commitment to civic duty and societal progress.
