Daltonganj, Oct 17: Satbarwa police in Palamu have cracked a case of murder not only in the shortest of time but the unfolding of the case shows the bonding between father and son all tattered and devastated.
Sares Sao, 45, killed his 31-year-old son Sakender Sao on October 15 at Khamdeeh Purnadeeh under Satbarwa police station limits with a sharp-edged weapon, a Tangi.
The son died before the eyes of his father who remained unrepentant and unremorseful.
Officer in-charge of the Satbarwa police station Anchit Kumar said, “I asked the killer father Sares Sao as to what he felt when he so killed his son most barbarically and crudely, the father looked stony.”
SDPO Sadar Mani Bhushan Prasad said, “It’s a crime against humanity. There is no word to explain the magnitude of the inhuman crime where a father kills his son.”
OC Anchit Kumar said, “It’s a planned murder. It’s cold-blooded too.” A lot of premeditation was done.

Father conspired with beloved to murder his son
There is a woman behind it. Sares Sao has two women. One of his wives is Ravinda Devi. The other woman is Baby Devi.
Sares has an illicit relationship with Baby Devi. It is known to his wife Ravinda Devi and their son Sakender who was murdered.
SDPO Sadar Mani Bhushan Prasad said “There used to be tiff between father and son. The root cause of the tiff was relation with this woman Baby Devi.”
Sares and Baby conspired together to eliminate Sakender. They thought his death would bring in peace and they would live happily. It didn’t turn out so.
Satbarwa police gave a deadly blow to this plan. Sares and Baby were arrested and jailed today. They had confessed to their crime. Baby Devi accepted she had a relationship with Sares. Sares confessed to having killed his son.

Murder weapon recovered
SDPO Sadar Mani Bhushan Prasad said Satbarwa police recovered the weapon Tangi used to kill Sakender.
The father had thrown the Tangi into the abandoned open pit of a water-filled quarry. Satbarwa police retrieved it smartly as the killer father showed up at the exact place in the open pit filled with water.
It’s a triangle case of crime where a son lost his life to his father who preferred to finish his son to live with another woman making his wife live to bear two traumas, one of the loss of son and the other of her man living with another woman. This situation is no less a great traumatic experience for a woman to find her man living with another woman.
