Ranchi, Nov 29: Exhibiting excellent academic competence, Ranchi Dipsites once again proved their mettle in the International General Knowledge Olympiad 2023-2024 organised by the Science Olympiad Foundation.
Aarav Gupta of Class III bagged the International Silver Medal and a cash prize of Rs. 1000 while Ishaan Haque (Class VIII), Shabd Mishra (Class IX) and Jiya Goswami (Class IX) bagged the Medal of Distinction and a cash prize of Rs 500. Saket Singh (Class III), Saanvi Devarshi (Class III), Aashvi Sharma (Class III), Ameya Devarshi (Class VI), Sannat Ujjain (Class VII), Rudransh Ranjan (Class VIII), Shree Shreyashi (Class VIII) and Yuvraj Choudhary (Class X) were bestowed with Medal of Distinction. Also, 26 students bagged the Gold Medal in this Olympiad.

It is worth mentioning here that, Aarav Gupta (Class III) secured International Rank 02, Ishaan Haque (Class VIII) and Shabd Mishra (Class IX) bagged Zonal Rank 09, Jiya Goswami (Class IX) secured Zonal Rank 10 while Saket Singh (Class III) and Rudransh Ranjan (Class VIII) bagged Zonal Rank 13.
Principal Dr Ram Singh congratulated the achievers on their success. He said, “This achievement serves as an inspiration for students and emphasizes the importance of a well-rounded education that goes beyond textbooks.”
“The success of these students reflects not only on their individual capabilities but also on the commitment of the school to nurture global citizens equipped with knowledge and a thirst for learning,” he added.
