Challenges for the New Team

Addressing the issues faced by teachers, Dr. Ravidas highlighted several long-standing problems, including delayed arrear payments, pension distribution, and on-the-spot retirement benefits. He emphasized that the newly elected body must prioritize resolving these challenges.

Promotion Delays for 2008 Batch Teachers

Dr. Ravidas also pointed out the prolonged promotion delays faced by teachers from the 2008 batch, who have yet to receive promotions even after 17 years of service. He expressed hope that the newly elected team would actively work to address this critical issue.
