Jamshedpur, Feb 5: IIM Ranchi is conducting a three-day Management Development Programme (MDP) ‘Aarohan – Stepping into Managerial Excellence’, an intensive learning initiative designed to foster leadership and managerial excellence.
Tailored for the HDFC ERGO delegates, the programme aims to cultivate future industry leaders, strategically drive performance, and enhance managerial efficiency.
The inaugural event on Tuesday was graced by chief guest Megha Nayyar, Assistant Vice President, HR at HDFC ERGO, along with Programme Directors – Prof. T. Sai Vijay, Prof. Varun Elembilassary, and Prof. Subhro Sarkar. Prof. Amit Sachan, Dean of Executive Education and Consultancy at IIM Ranchi, was also present.

The ceremony began with the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by a brief introduction to the programme.

Nayyar addressed the delegates, urging them to maximize their learning from the programme and emphasizing its potential to transform their perspectives and foster professional growth.
Prof. Sai expressed his gratitude to IIM Ranchi for hosting the programme and acknowledged HDFC ERGO’s leadership for their commitment. He highlighted the importance of building relationships and fostering trust as key aspects of managerial excellence.
Additionally, Prof. Sachan recognized the enthusiasm and engagement of HDFC ERGO’s participants and extended his best wishes for their learning journey.
During the three days, participants will be learning self-leadership, team management, and stakeholder management.
The event concluded on a high note, fostering camaraderie and meaningful connections among attendees.
