The forum served as a direct bridge between citizens and the administration, bringing to light a wide range of issues — from disputes over land and shop allotments to urban parking contractor misconduct, delays in official documentation, and social welfare concerns like pension approvals and ration card errors. Residents from Mango also highlighted a pressing drinking water crisis.
