Jamshedpur, May 17:  Netaji Subhas University, located at Pokhari in the outskirts of Jamshedpur, today hosted the ‘Tech Utsav 3.0’ under the banner of the School of Information and Technology.

Over 300 enthusiastic students from various departments participated in the grand event.

The program commenced with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony and a Sai Vandana by esteemed dignitaries.

Following this, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. P. K. Pani, addressed the gathering, emphasizing the significance of such events. “Programs like these not only enhance students’ innovative abilities but also strengthen their thinking and understanding skills,” he remarked.

‘Tech Utsav 3.0’ featured a total of 14 events, carefully designed to blend technology with creativity. From coding hackathons, tech quizzes, and poster presentations to gaming tournaments, project exhibitions, debates, group discussions, and photography/videography contests — the festival offered something for every tech enthusiast.

Each competition was judged with a keen eye for innovation, creativity, and technical prowess, ensuring every participant had a fair opportunity to showcase their talents and learn something new.

The primary goal of ‘Tech Utsav 3.0’ was to provide a dynamic platform for students to express their technical skills and creative thinking. It emerged as a significant opportunity for participants to present their ideas and gain enriching experiences.

The event was graced by notable dignitaries including Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. P. K. Pani, Dean of Law Prof. Dr. Acharya Rishi Ranjan, Registrar Nagendra Singh, Administrative Head Nazim Khan, Dean of Academics Prof. Dilip Shome, Director of IQAC Dr. Shraddha Verma, along with heads of departments and faculty members from various departments.
