Ranchi, Dec 10: Prem Kumar Mahto from Dhanbad secured a silver medal in the Biathle event at the Biathle, Triathle, and Laser Run World Championship, which is being held from December 8 to 13 in Mossel Bay, South Africa.
Reports reaching Ranchi headquarters confirmed that Mahto clinched the silver medal in the Biathle category today.

Eight athletes from Jharkhand are participating in the championship as part of the Indian squad.
Prem’s achievement has been congratulated by officials of the Jharkhand Olympic Association, including General Secretary Madhukant Pathak, Treasurer Shivendra Dubey, among others.
