Over 1.35 lakh candidates appear for XAT 2026

Jamshedpur, January 6: The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2026 was conducted smoothly across the country on January 4, marking another successful edition of one of India’s premier management entrance examinations.

Held in a single session from 2 pm to 5 pm, the examination took place simultaneously at 288 centres across 121 cities, ensuring a uniform and transparent testing process for all aspirants.

Central Command Centre at XLRI Jamshedpur

The examination concluded without any technical or logistical issues. A state-of-the-art central Command Centre set up at XLRI Jamshedpur monitored the entire process in real time and ensured seamless coordination among centres nationwide.

A B-school official said that scorecards and percentile rankings for XAT 2026 are expected to be released shortly on the official XAT website.
