Ranchi, Nov 15: Delhi Public School, Ranchi, secured the Runners-Up position at the National Inter DPS Athletics Meet Boys (Open) 2025, held at DPS Ranipur, Haridwar, on 13th and 14th November 2025.
The event witnessed participation from 43 DPS schools across the nation.
The athletes of DPS Ranchi delivered stellar performances across multiple events. Rudra Sahi clinched a Gold Medal in the Javelin Throw. Omkar Shreshtha won a Silver Medal in High Jump and a Bronze Medal in Discus Throw.

Adding to the school’s medal tally, the relay team comprising Rudra Sahi, Ganesh Kumar Sah, Aryan Mahali, and Pratyush Tigga secured a Bronze Medal in the 4×400m Relay.
Principal Dr. Jaya Chauhan congratulated the young champions and said, “Our athletes have once again proven that hard work and discipline always bring glory. Their achievements at the national level are a matter of immense pride for the school. We remain committed to nurturing sports excellence and supporting every student in realising their potential.”
