Mumbai, Dec 3: Businessman and Shilpa Shetty’s husband, Raj Kundra, has been issued another summons by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with the pornography case. The central agency has directed him to appear before the ED on December 4.
Previously, the ED had summoned Raj Kundra on December 1, instructing him to appear for questioning at the ED’s Mumbai office on December 2 at 11 a.m. However, he did not attend. Kundra requested additional time from the ED, which was granted, and he has now been asked to appear on December 4.
On Sunday, the ED also summoned actress Gehana Vasisth and others associated with the pornography case, ordering them to appear for investigation this week. Following a search at Raj Kundra’s residence in Juhu on Sunday, the ED issued summons to all involved.
The investigation by the ED is expected to reveal significant details, with the possibility of uncovering the names of other prominent individuals linked to the case.

ED raided Raj Kundra’s premises on Nov 29
Earlier, on November 29, the ED had conducted raids at Raj Kundra’s Juhu residence and other locations linked to individuals involved in the pornography case. These searches were carried out as part of an investigation into money laundering related to pornography. Raj Kundra is accused of producing explicit films and releasing them on various OTT platforms.
The case has also brought to light names like Gehana Vasisth and several others, who will be questioned by the ED. The investigation has further revealed the possibility of other prominent individuals being involved in this network.
Raj Kundra was arrested in 2021 in pornography case
Notably in February 2021, Mumbai Police uncovered a pornography racket. The Crime Branch registered a case against the production and distribution of obscene films on various OTT platforms. Following this, the police became active and conducted raids at multiple locations, during which four individuals were apprehended.
Interrogation of these individuals revealed the involvement of Raj Kundra, leading to his arrest by Mumbai Police. However, he was later granted bail.
Raj Kundra faced serious allegations from model Poonam Pandey, actress and model Sherlyn Chopra, and actress Sagarika Shona Suman. Shilpa Shetty’s name also surfaced in the case, although she has not been accused of any involvement in the matter so far.
