Daltonganj, March 12: A coaching institute identified as Lakshya made pre-Holi festivity an interfaith celebration as keeping the sanctity and grace of its Muslim students keeping their Roza, there was just a splash of colour but no sweets!

Chairman of the Lakshya Coaching Centre Pawan Kishore told this Jharkhand Story correspondent today, “We didn’t go for sweets distribution. We knew many of our Muslim boys and girls would find sweets quite cumbersome following their observance of Roza.”

“We went for Abeer and Gulal. It was lapped up by all. Colours are liked by one and all,” added Pawan, popular by his first name.

Fostering communal harmony, amity and understanding between two faiths, this coaching centre is always up and doing.
