Dhanbad, Feb 13: In light of the ongoing construction of the Simartoli road-cum-rail overbridge under the Ranchi Railway Division of the South Eastern Railway (SER) zone, eight trains passing through various stations of the Dhanbad Railway Division have been cancelled from February 13 to February 22.

According to a notification issued by the South Eastern Railway, the following trains will remain suspended during this period:

- Train numbers 18628/18627 Ranchi–Howrah–Ranchi Express from February 13 to February 22.
- Train numbers 68036/68035 Hatia–Tatanagar–Hatia MEMU (Up and Down) from February 13 to February 22.
- Train number 13503 Burdwan–Hatia Express from February 13 to February 21.
- Train number 13504 Hatia–Burdwan Express from February 14 to February 22.
- Train numbers 18602/18601 Hatia–Tatanagar–Hatia Express from February 13 to February 22.
- Train numbers 58034/58033 Ranchi-Bokaro Steel City-Ranchi Passenger from February 13 to February 22.
- Train numbers 58663/58664 Hatia–Sanki–Hatia Passenger from February 13 to February 22.
- Train numbers 58665/58666 Hatia–Sanki–Hatia Passenger from February 13 to February 22.

Route Diversions for Two Express Trains
In addition to the train cancellations, the routes of two express trains have been diverted:
- Malda Town–Surat Express (13425) will now operate via the Muri–Chandil–Sini–Rourkela route.
- Raxaul–Secunderabad Special (07052) will also run through the Muri–Chandil–Sini–Rourkela route.
Railway officials have advised passengers to check the revised schedules and plan their travel accordingly.
