Jamshedpur, Feb 19: For the first time in Jharkhand, a three-day mega exhibition, ‘Radiant Jharkhand’, is being organised by Visual Myths at Hotel Ramada, Jamshedpur. The exhibition will be inaugurated by Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahto on Thursday, with Jamshedpur East MLA Purnima Sahu and Jamshedpur West MLA Saryu Roy attending as special guests.
The event will be open to the public with free entry from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily from February 20 to 22.
Spreading awareness on Central Govt’s schemes
Vanish Gupta, from the organizing team Visual Myths, emphasized that the main goal of Radiant Jharkhand is to increase awareness among citizens about welfare schemes run by the Central Government.

The exhibition aims to provide information about educational and employment opportunities for the youth, as well as showcase developmental initiatives undertaken by the government. To facilitate this, various government departments will set up stalls, allowing visitors to access crucial information.

Platform for artisans and economic empowerment
Additionally, the exhibition will serve as a platform for local artisans and craftsmen to display their handicrafts and traditional products. Notably, visitors will also have access to free Aadhaar card update services throughout the event.
This first-of-its-kind event is expected to attract a large audience, offering visitors an opportunity to explore various government schemes, services, and employment opportunities while also celebrating Jharkhand’s rich handicrafts and cultural heritage. The exhibition is set to be an important platform for awareness, networking, and economic empowerment.
Key govt agencies and institutions to participate
Several government agencies and institutions will participate in the exhibition, including: Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL), Central Coalfields Limited, Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), Bose Institute, Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), Geological Survey of India (GSI), Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), CSIR-Central Mining and Fuel Research Institute, CSIR-National Metallurgical Laboratory, Department of Atomic Energy, South Eastern Railway, Jan Aushadhi, Plant Variety and Farmers Rights Protection Authority, Ministry of Jal Shakti, National Scheduled Tribes Finance and Development Corporation (NSTFDC), Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development Federation (TRIFED), Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology (CIPET), Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) and Aadhaar (UID).
