Chief of the Ramnavmi Committee Jugal Kishore being felicitated by the Muslims in Daltonganj today

Daltonganj, March 25: Members of the Muharram Intezamiya Committee headed by Zishan Khan and Anjuman Islahul Muslimin Committee led by Mustafa Kamal today felicitated the elected General of the Sri Mahabir Nav Yuvak Dal popularly known as Ramnavmi Committee, Jugal Kishore, today.
The felicitation ceremony is reciprocal here as in the Ramnavmi festival Muslims honour the Ramnavmi Committee while in the Muharram, the Ramnavmi Committee does the same.

The tradition is six decades old and is promoted by the administration too. It gains more significance in times like this when there is a serious hiatus between the Hindus and the Muslims across the country where festivals have become a delicate affair as nobody knows when peace and communal harmony get fractured.
The felicitation ceremony was held on Tuesday when Ram Bhakts took out the Mangalwaree procession.
The felicitation ceremony was attended by Mintoo, Neyaz, Sannu Siddiqui, Munna Khan, Firdaus Alam, Guddu Nawaz Ahmad and others.
