Among the distinguished guests will be the members of Parliament, the state finance minister, the minister of education, the secretary of the higher education etc.

As the territorial jurisdiction of the Nilamber Pitamber University falls in 3 districts, there are two members of Parliament, namely Vishnu Dayal Ram of Palamu Lok Sabha seat and Kalicharan Singh of Chatra Lok Sabha seat.

Logistics and Infrastructure Challenges

The university is worried about the metallic road to the venue, which is stadium, as the existing road is unworthy of the VVIP at the moment.

The university is planning to engage two 1,000-litre capacity drinking water tankers for the use of students and others.

It’s not clear as to whether the governor cum chancellor will be coming by road or by chopper.
