Jharkhand News: Soren family is hungry for power, says Shivraj Singh Chouhan

THE JHARKHAND STORY NETWORK

Ranchi, July 5: BJP state election in-charge and Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today alleged that Shibu Soren’s family is hungry for power.

Taking a diatribe at the removal of Champai Soren, the minister said that he was removed for no fault.

“A tribal leader was first made and then removed unceremoniously. Could you have tolerated the one whom you made for some days, but the hunger for power is such that no one else comes except one family? This is an insult to Champai ji,” he maintained while addressing a meeting of the BJP leaders in Ramgarh.

“The conditions that I have seen here, what the workers have told me, the whole of Jharkhand is in a bad state. Such loot, loot of sand, loot of minerals, loot of resources, loot in government schemes, seeing which the heart fills with pain. This coalition government is destroying and ruining Jharkhand,” he alleged.

JMM govt has not fulfilled a single promise

The minister said that this is such a government which has not fulfilled even a single promise. “The unemployed have no idea about jobs, their future has been destroyed by paper leaks. Unemployment allowance was not given, and people have not received a pension for 6 months. Schemes are announced but there are no benefits,” he said.

“The farmer is troubled, he is not getting electricity, hardly 6-7 hours of electricity is available and due to the kind of intrusion happening on the sacred land of Jharkhand, this government has darkened the future of Jharkhand,” he said.

BJP to re-establish good governance

He promised that the Bharatiya Janata Party will put an end to this misrule and will re-establish good governance in Jharkhand.

He said that the Bharatiya Janata Party was working with the NDA alliance partners here in the Lok Sabha elections and in the future too we will move forward together after discussing everything.

BJP is not a party of leaders but of workers

He said that only the workers work hard. “This BJP is not a party of leaders but of workers, if the ideology of the Bharatiya Janata Party is the soul of the party then the workers are the soul. Therefore, going to the homes of the workers, meeting them like brothers, and friends and honouring them is our nature and sanskar. Therefore, we are honouring our workers everywhere, who have worked hard and made the party win,” he pointed out.

He said that now our Vidhan Sabha Sammelan is going to be held, to honour the workers because these workers put in their heart and soul to make the party win.

He said that our workers are full of enthusiasm. “We have won 9 out of 14 seats. “We are leading on 52 seats. The situation created by this Jharkhand government and the people living in anarchy-like rule, now the mind has been made up that the alliance has to be uprooted from Jharkhand and the Bharatiya Janata Party has to be brought in,” he said.
