Jharkhand Weather: IMD forecasts clear skies, drop in temperature

Jamshedpur, March 3: IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre today issued a clear weather forecast for Jharkhand in the next few days.

The forecast also indicated a fall in the minimum temperature by at least three degrees Celsius in various parts of the state in the next 72 hours.

Weathermen ruled out the possibility of rainfall activity or any adverse weather conditions over the state in the next three days.

“Mainly clear sky and dry weather would prevail over Jharkhand in the next three to four days,” said a duty officer at the Ranchi Meteorological Centre.

Ranchi today recorded a minimum temperature of 18.9 degrees Celsius, while Jamshedpur recorded 20.9 degrees.

Daltonganj, the Palamu headquarters, recorded a minimum temperature of 17.3 degrees Celsius today.

Hazaribagh notched the lowest minimum temperature of the state today at 14.4 degrees Celsius.
