Jamshedpur, Oct 19: Most of the districts of Jharkhand will witness clear skies and dry weather today.
IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre issued a forecast of dry weather today. The Met centre ruled out the possibility of heavy rain or any adverse weather today.
No significant synoptic condition prevails over Jharkhand.

Easterly to south-easterly wind was prevailing in lower level over southern and central Jharkhand.
A fresh upper-air cyclonic circulation is very likely to form over the north Andaman Sea around October 20.
Under its influence, a low-pressure area is likely to form over the Central Bay of Bengal around October 22, thereafter, it is likely to move northwestwards and intensify further into a depression by October 24.
