Jamshedpur, Feb 5: The minimum temperature will continue to rise in the next 48 hours, a weatherman said today.

Jharkhand is experiencing the impact of a pressure gradient, which would result in a rise in both maximum and minimum readings.

According to a forecast issued by IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre, the minimum temperature is expected to witness a 2 to 3 degree Celsius rise in the next two days.

Ranchi today recorded a minimum temperature of 16.8 degrees Celsius while Jamshedpur recorded 14.4 degrees.

A cyclonic circulation originating over north Gujarat was currently lying over Southern Rajasthan at 0.9 Km above the mean sea level.
