The scheme provides an initial financial grant of Rs 10,000 through Direct Benefit Transfer, while beneficiaries will also have access to further assistance of up to Rs 2 lakh in later phases.

Women can use the support for income-generating activities of their choice, including agriculture, animal husbandry, tailoring, weaving, handicrafts, and other small businesses.

During the programme, the Prime Minister held direct interactions with the recipients, many of whom thanked both him and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar while praising the initiative as a source of new opportunities.
