Jamshedpur, July 8: XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, successfully hosted the fourth edition of its flagship digital transformation conclave, ReEnvision 4.0, under the theme “The Digital Imperative: Building, Leading, and Sustaining Transformation.”

The high-impact event brought together industry leaders, tech visionaries, and academic minds to discuss the evolving contours of digital transformation in a post-AI world.

The conclave opened with an addresses by Dr. Sanjay K. Patro (Dean – Academics), Prof. Sunil Sarangi (CEO – XCEED and Co-Convenor – Placements), and Dr. Himanshu Shekhar (Assistant Professor, XLRI), who collectively emphasized the urgency for organizations to remain agile, ethical, and human-centric in their digital strategies.

Moderated by student leaders, this panel featured tech stalwarts including Vikas Srivastava (CTO, Club Mahindra), Mehjabeen Taj Aalam (CDIO, Raychem RPG), Priti Saini (Former Director, LTIMindtree), Raman Srinivasan (CDO, InMobi Group)

The discussion revolved around aligning technology with real user needs through empathy-driven design, highlighting that transformation should be rooted in purpose and adaptability.

The conclave was led and executed by Ashish Pal and Anshu Kumari of XLRI’s Corporate Relations & Placement Office.

Moderators Harshita Mahendra, Paloma Fernandes, and Tejesh Itha, along with the conclave team—Shruti Wani, Komal Hussain, Eti Agarwal, Rohit Singh, Nikhil Kadam, and Nityanand Singh—ensured smooth coordination.
